We had an extended 2-hour session and I'm not sure what kind of sorcery this person has in his fingertips but I know I woke up the next day with a decade's worth of neck and back pain absolutely vanished!! I had suffered from constant back pain and bad posture for almost 15 years waking up stiff and cracking everyday, in addition to my anxiety that I've been struggling with my whole life.
